Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white baking chocolate
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz white chocolate melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 oz white chocolate melted and cooled
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Melt the white chocolate and butter in a microwave with 30 seconds intervals. Stir until smooth. Let it cool.
  • In a large bowl beat eggs and sugar until pale color. Beat in the white chocolate mixture and vanilla.
  • Combine flour and salt into the egg mixture and beat until combined.
  • Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.

Filling

  • Beat cream cheese and white chocolate. Beat in the egg, sugar, vanilla and yogurt just until combined.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Topping

  • Fold whipped topping with the white chocolate. Fold in the sliced strawberries; spread over dessert.
  • Cut into squares.
