Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Ensure the mixture is well incorporated, forming a cohesive dough-like consistency
  • Take a baking pan and line it with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Transfer the coconut and condensed milk mixture into the prepared pan. Using a spatula or your hands, firmly press the mixture down evenly into the pan, creating a smooth and compact layer.
  • Allow the mixture to chill and firm up for at least a couple of hours or until it's solid to the touch.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy.
