Preheat oven to 350F(176C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
In a large bowl, add natural creamy peanut butter and pure maple syrup. Mix with a spatula. The dough will be liquid at first, but it will thicken up as you continue to stir it.
With a cookie scooper, scoop out 12 even-sized pieces of cookie dough. Roll into a ball and place on the prepared cookie sheet 1-2 apart. Make a cris-cross pattern with a fork
Bake 10-12 minutes. Let them cool completely on the cookie sheet (they will firm up as they cool).
