Ingredients

  • Peanut butter: You will need natural creamy peanut butter for this recipe. Natural peanut butter usually has only one or two ingredients. On the other hand, regular peanut butter, which we use for peanut butter jelly sandwiches, has a long list of ingredients in it. Natural peanut butter is much thinner in consistency than regular peanut butter. You just have to stir it well before using it.
  • Maple syrup: Just a little bit of pure maple syrup to add sweetness.

How to make 2 Ingredients healthy peanut butter cookies

  • Preheat oven to 350F(176C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  • In a large bowl, add natural creamy peanut butter and pure maple syrup. Mix with a spatula. The dough will be liquid at first, but it will thicken up as you continue to stir it.
  • With a cookie scooper, scoop out 12 even-sized pieces of cookie dough. Roll into a ball and place on the prepared cookie sheet 1-2 apart. Make a cris-cross pattern with a fork.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes. . Let them cool completely on the cookie sheet (they will firm up as they cool).
