- All purpose flour:
- Baking soda:
- Baking soda:

- Powdered Sugar:
- Granulated sugar:
- Egg:
- Creamy peanut butter:
- Brown sugar:
- Butter:
- Coco nibs:
HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER CRINKLE COOKIES:
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar and peanut butter together until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and mix until combine. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Roll cookie dough: Scoop a generous tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Generously coat the ball in granulated sugar then confectioners’ sugar. Place on prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
- Bake cookies for 15 to 18 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Let the cookies cool completely.

Peanut Butter Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup(1 stick) softened butter, unsalted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
COATING
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven; preheat to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar and peanut butter in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium high and beat until fluffy, about 2 more minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- Add the flour mixture and beat until well blended.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula until combined.
- Put the granulated sugar and powdered sugar in separate small bowls.
- Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls, then roll first in the granulated sugar and then generously in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies on the cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
- Bake, switching the pans halfway through, until the cookies are just firm around the edges and cracked on top, 15 to 18 minutes.
- Let cool 3 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
