Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg, white and yolk seperated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F and line a cookies sheet with a parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and powdered sugar. Mix well until no lumps remain.
  • Separate the egg white from the yolk and add the egg white to the almond flour mixture. Mix and knead the dough until everything is well combined.
  • Shape the dough into cookies in whatever shape you prefer. Pierce each cookie with a fork.
  • Brush the tops of the cookies with the reserved egg yolk.
  • Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes.
  • Once baked, let the cookies cool slightly, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar before serving.
