Preheat oven to 325F° (160C°). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
In a large bowl combine almond flour, melted coconut oil and maple syrup. knead with hands to form a smooth dough.
Scoop out a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Place the ball into the lined cookie sheet. flatten each ball with a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minute on the cookie sheet before transferring on a cooling rack to cool completely.
