Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup self rising flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 360°F. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork or a masher.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and self-rising flour to the mashed bananas, and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour the banana bread mixture into the prepared pan, ensuring the top is evenly smoothed out.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
