oats flour

baking powder (aluminum-free)

cup(12 oz)
whole milk plain yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add oats flour and the baking powder, mix until baking powder is fully incorporated with the oats flour
Add in the yogurt (use the liquid from the yogurt too), fold in with a spatula.( the dough should be thick and sticky).
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan. even out the top with wet fingers. Sprinkle a tablespoon of oats on top if desired.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool completely before serving.
