Ingredients

  • 3 cup (276g) oats flour
  • 2 tbsp (14g) baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 ½ cup(12 oz) whole milk plain yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add oats flour and the baking powder, mix until baking powder is fully incorporated with the oats flour
  • Add in the yogurt (use the liquid from the yogurt too), fold in with a spatula.( the dough should be thick and sticky).
  • Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan. even out the top with wet fingers. Sprinkle a tablespoon of oats on top if desired.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool completely before serving.
