- Baking powder: Use aluminum free baking powder to avoid the metallic taste, because you need double the amount of baking powder in this recipe.
- Yogurt: Plain whole milk yogurt.

How to Make Oats Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
