Ingredients:
- White chocolate: You can use white chocolate morsels (the small chips often used for baking) or a white chocolate bar. If you go with the bar, you’ll need to grate or finely chop it into smaller pieces so it melts easily. White chocolate adds a creamy, sweet flavor that’s rich but delicate.
- Sweetened condensed milk: This is a thick, sweet milk that comes in a can. It’s made by removing most of the water from regular milk and adding sugar, making it super creamy and sweet. It helps bind everything together and gives a smooth texture to desserts.
- Oreo cookies: For this recipe, you’ll need to break the Oreo cookies into pieces—big enough to see and taste the chunks but small enough to mix easily. They add crunch and a delicious chocolatey flavor to balance the sweetness.
How to make cookies & cream fudge:
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Set aside.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips (or grated white chocolate) and the sweetened condensed milk. Melt the mixture using one of these methods:
- Double Boiler: Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Microwave: Heat the bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Place Oreo cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush them into pieces using a rolling pin. They don’t have to be too fine—leave some larger chunks for texture. Stir the crushed Oreos into the melted chocolate mixture until evenly distributed.
- Pour the chocolate-Oreo mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into all corners. Smooth the top for a clean finish.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is completely set and firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut into small squares or rectangles.

Variations
- Mint Oreo Fudge: Use Mint Oreos instead of the classic ones for a refreshing twist.
- Cookies and Cream Swirl: Reserve some crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top after pouring the fudge into the pan for a visually appealing finish.
- Dark Chocolate Drizzle: Melt a small amount of dark chocolate and drizzle it over the fudge before refrigerating for a rich contrast.
