Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Grease a microwave-safe bowl (around 6 inches) with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, eggs, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the blended batter into the prepared microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes.
