Ingredients

  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup Instant oats
  • ½ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), ground flaxseeds, instant oats, and dark chocolate chips. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 15–20 minutes to help it firm up.
  • Once chilled, use your hands or a spoon to roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  • Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for an additional 10–15 minutes to set, then enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
