  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup all purpose flour

Spicy soy ginger glaze

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2-3 tablespoon water
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel until completely dry.
  • Apply vegetable oil to the wings. Add salt, black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Coat the wings evenly and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.

  • Flip the wings and spray with cooking spray halfway through.

Spicy Ginger Soy Glaze

  • In a pan, heat olive oil. Add chopped ginger and cook for 30-60 seconds.
  • Add sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and 2-3 tablespoon water. Cook for few seconds or until bubbles start to form.
  • Add the air-fried chicken wings to the sauce, coat them well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
