Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Drain the crushed pineapple and add it direct to an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream.
Mix everything together with a fork until well combined.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and set.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle a generous amount of desiccated coconut over the top while it's still warm.
Let the dessert cool at room temperature first, then refrigerate to chill completely before serving.
