Ingredients

  • 2 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Drain the crushed pineapple and add it direct to an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream.
  • Mix everything together with a fork until well combined.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and set.
  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle a generous amount of desiccated coconut over the top while it's still warm.
  • Let the dessert cool at room temperature first, then refrigerate to chill completely before serving.
