The Super moist vanilla & chocolate marble cake is so delicious with a perfect swirl. This cake is surprisingly easy to make and tastes as good as it looks.
A vanilla and chocolate marble cake is a type of cake that is made by combining vanilla and chocolate cake batter in a marbled pattern. The batter is usually swirled together in a loaf or bundt pan before baking to create a unique, marbled design on the inside of the cake. The finished cake typically has a light, fluffy texture and a rich, chocolate and vanilla flavor. The chocolate and vanilla batter can be made in different proportion based on personal preference. The cake can be served as a dessert or with a cup of tea or coffee.
This marble cake consists of layers of vanilla and moist chocolate cake swirled in a beautiful pattern that makes it look quite sophisticated and hard to resist. I did not use any butter for this recipe but it is still soft and tender, because oil creates a moister cake than butter. It helps to keep the cake from drying out during baking and it can help create a more even rise in the cake.
Yogurt can be used as an egg substitute. You can use ½ cup of yogurt in this recipe however, It's important to keep in mind that using yogurt instead of eggs may change the texture and structure of the cake, It may also make the cake less rise and more dense.
