  • Cool whip - you can use homemade whipped cream too but cool whip holds up beautifully. make sure to thaw it before using.
  • Chocolate frosting - this recipes uses store bought frosting but you can use homemade frosting too.
  • Milk - Use whole milk for this recipe.

HOW TO MAKE NO BAKE ECLAIRS CAKE

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding until well combined. fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Place a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Spread half of the pudding and whipped cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture, followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  • Microwave chocolate frosting in a microwave for 30 seconds and pour over the graham crackers layer.
  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften and the flavors to meld together.
