- Brown Sugar

- White Chocolate Chips

- Cranberry Layer:
- Can of Cranberry Sauce
- Corn Starch
How to make cranberry cheesecake bars:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats and brown sugar. add butter; Mix until no longer powdery. Set aside 2 ½ cups of mixture for brushing. Using floured fingers, press remaining mixture into prepared pan.
Cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract.Mix until smooth. Pour over the crust. Combine cranberry sauce and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Pour in cream cheese mixture. Mix chunks into flour mixture and sprinkle over cranberry mixture.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack in pan. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve (up to 1 day).

- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
Instructions

- Combine chocolate chips with reserved flour mixture and sprinkle over cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate until serving time (up to 1 day). Cut into bars.
