Lemon Bundt Cake Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • Salted Butter, softened
  • Sugar
  • Large eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • Whole milk
  • All purpose flour
  • Baking powder

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Powdered Sugar
  • Lemon juice

For Lemon Glaze:

  • Powdered Sugar
  • Lemon juice

How to Make Lemon Bundt Cake:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • prepare a 9 inch bundt cake pan. Preparing a bundt pan is an essential step in baking a beautiful and delicious cake. It's important to make sure that the pan is properly greased and floured before pouring the batter, as this will help the cake come out of the pan easily and without sticking.
  • Beat softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer or hand mixer until soft and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest and milk.
  • Add flour and baking powder and mix with the spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool completely in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • For sugar syrup, just combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and microwave for 1 minute.
  • Poke some holes in the cake and apply sugar syrup.
  • For Lemon Glaze, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over the cake.
  • Top with lemon zest and powdered sugar (optional).

Important note:

  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar
  • ยผ cup lemon juice

Lemon glaze

  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
