  • Seeds like pumpkin and sunflower
  • Dry fruit like cranberry or raisin
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla and pinch of salt

How to make flour-less granola cookie recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with a parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add oats, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and salt. Mix to combine.
